Website Changes

Korinne,
The changes you made look great!  The only thing I changed of yours was to imbed your video instead of having a link to it.

Website Changes

Hey Korinne,

I just wanted to let you know that I changed the color template for the website.  I got sick of staring at a white screen, so I made it more colorful! :)  We don't have to keep it, we can change it later on, but I just thought I'd let you know.

Our Website Ideas

Hi Rick:

Sorry this took longer than expected, but here are some ideas for our website. I did not really place anything in particular order.

Veggies to plant: corn, tomatoes, green & red peppers, hot peppers, string beans, broccoli, onions, lettuce, watermelon, cabbage, squash, zucchini.

We also have blueberries and apples. We can assume we have access to these, but what about possibly making a lesson plan about field trips to an apple farm or something?

Location and design of our garden garden

Tools for our garden

How plants are grown - sowing seeds and transplanting

Environmental and health benefits of our class garden

Food recipes from our garden

CCC - Cross Country Collaboration

This may seem vague, but we are doing great so far!

See you Monday,
Korinne New

Times for Final Presentation

I had to propose times for our group to present our final project today.  I said Monday Dec 12 anytime after 3:00pm, or Tuesday Dec. 13th anytime after 1:00pm.  Kelsey said that if these times dont work in your schedule, we should send her an email to let her know.  Thanks!!!

Lesson Plan 2

Rick:

We have already discussed what are lesson plans will be for #2, but I wanted to confirm that in my second lesson plan, student will be studying the effect of sunlight on plants.

Each students will take measurements of a specific plant and have it graphed on Excel.

Have fun!
Korinne
